About US

ulliver's Movers was founded by Joe Kinneary in 1990. The company was name after the famous fable Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. Gullivers has been serving the Washington DC metropolitan area for over 15 years.

Over the years Gulliver's has been privilaged to have many talented and hard working employees. Many of which have gone on to pursue professional positions, from lawyers to U.S. Arm Forces. Gulliver's Movers offers young men the opportunity transition into their chosen profession by offering them part-time work.

Our full-time staff is comprised up of highly experienced drivers and movers who take serious pride in offering some of the best moving services in the metro area.

Joseph Kinneary, President

Mr. Kinneary has over 30 years of professional moving experience, having worked for numerous moving companies including Boston, New York, and Cincinnati, OH. He is personally involved in the day-to-day moves and operations, and is one of the reasons why Gulliver's is one of the top ten moving companies in the Washington Metro area and earned Arlington VA's Best Moving Service Award for 2009.
